After last summer, many of you are still on a waiting list to get your roof repaired or have been waiting until after the winter months to get it replaced.
If you’ve had your roof replaced, please contact us! It is important to update your policy to reflect the changes. Without updating your policy, you may be missing out on significant discounts.
For instance, upgrading to Class 4 shingles on your roof can qualify you for the Hail Resistant discount with Safeco and can reduce your homeowner's insurance premium!
Then to capture your recoverable depreciation, contact your company adjuster, send in your finished roof receipt and request for a check to be issued. Don’t forget and leave that on the table!
